The room was spacious and spotless with a fantastic panoramic view of Ragusa Ibla from the balcony. The staff was super friendly and Federico gave some great recommendations that made our stay even better.

The noise from the church bells early in the morning is unbearable!!! Finding parking can be a nightmare during peak hours!!! Ground floor rooms lack proper privacy, making you feel exposed!!! More storage space in upgraded suites would be appreciated!!!
